¡El taller de ansiedad ante los exámenes de anoche fue todo un éxito! 🙌

Brijida - Brijit Alemán ofreció una presentación muy dinámica donde explicó qué es la ansiedad, por qué ocurre y compartió estrategias útiles para manejarla durante los exámenes. Los estudiantes participaron activamente, creando un espacio de diálogo y apoyo.

Nuestres graduados asistieron y estaban emocionados de recoger sus birretes, togas y las estolas y decoraciones obsequiadas por HEP 🎓

¡Estamos muy orgullosos de todos los que participaron y dieron un paso más hacia su éxito!

Last night’s Test Anxiety Workshop was a great success! 🙌

Brijit Alemán delivered an engaging presentation that broke down what anxiety is, why it happens, and shared helpful strategies to manage it during exams. Students and graduates were actively involved, creating a supportive and thoughtful discussion.

Our graduates attended and were excited to pick up their caps, gowns, and HEP gifted stoles and decorations 🎓

We’re proud of everyone who showed up and took steps toward their success!

Te invitamos: Taller para Manejar la Ansiedad en los Exámenes
Acompáñanos en un Taller sobre la Ansiedad en los Exámenes, donde nuestra terapeuta del campus compartirá consejos y estrategias prácticas para ayudarte a manejar y superar los sentimientos de ansiedad al prepararte para un examen.
Este taller está abierto a todos los estudiantes de HEP. Aunque ya hayas terminado tus exámenes de HiSET y te hayas graduado, esta información te será útil para futuros exámenes, como los que tomarás en tus clases de EMLS.
Además, tendremos especialmente para las personas graduadas de HEP- podran recoger:
• Birretes y togas de graduación disponibles para recoger en la oficina de HEP
• Un regalo especial para ti: ¡una estola de graduación!
• La oportunidad de decorar tu estola después del taller (tendremos materiales disponibles)

You’re Invited: Test Anxiety Workshop
Join us for a helpful and engaging Test Anxiety Workshop led by our campus therapist, who will share practical tips and strategies to help you manage and overcome feelings of anxiety when preparing for exams.
This workshop is open to all HEP students. Even if you have already completed your HiSET exams and graduated, these tools will support you in future testing situations, such as exams in your EMLS classes.
In addition, we will have- especially for HEP graduates - you will be able to pick up:
• Graduation caps and gowns available for pickup at the HEP office
• A special gift for you — a graduation stole
• A chance to decorate your stole after the workshop (materials will be provided)
Come be part of this important and fun event. We look forward to seeing you there!
