Transitions Group
This 4-week group will help participants learn to connect with feelings related to changes in their lives. Strategies will include learning how to build on existing strengths as well as develop new skills.
Will be on Thursday’s 11AM-12PM (Beginning September 28th)

Stress-Management Group
In this 4-week group, learn a number of stress management tools that involve worry reduction and relaxation
Will be on Tuesday’s 3:30PM-4:30PM (Beginning October 3rd)

The VRC was contacted today by a local company looking to hire veterans as their shift lead.

Summary:
Crew Manager positions to supervise 25 direct reports from controls engineering, process engineering, manufacturing and production. Will work with employees to ensure product quality and throughput.
Very strong people person, good leadership skills to manage their hourly workforce.

Must Haves:
Supervisory Experience
Leadership capabilities and experience
Process improvement experience
Performance Monitoring

Salary: 55K
Hours: Third shift + occasional weekends
Location: Scranton, Pa
