Multiple faculty members recently attended the American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP) Annual Meeting in Salt Lake City, Utah, for professional development and to share their work with colleagues.

Dr. Charlie Wright presented a poster titled “Impact of Calming Study Spaces on Pharmacy Students’ Study Behaviors, Well-Being, and Learning Environment Perceptions.” The research was supported by a grant awarded by the Arkansas Blue & You Foundation. Supporting authors included Dr. Josh Brown, Dr. Jessica Carter, and Dr. Barrett Carter.

Dr. Ellen Jones presented on interviewing skills to pharmacy students as part of the Emerge from the Crowd program. She also participated in a formal platform presentation titled “It’s Not Just a Phase: Managing Menopause as a Multisystem Health Condition.”
