CSUMB Cinematic Arts Club This is the Cinematic Arts Club, CSUMB's Official page for all updates! Meetings time & place TBD for FALL

The Media Arts club is for students looking to discuss and share their interest in movies, music, and photography, with an emphasis in filmmaking and the cinema. The group will feature weekly club meetings, special events like film screenings and special guest speakers, and a bi-annual Cinematic Showcase where students can show off their work from the semester. Students from all majors are welcome and encouraged to join!

David Lynch was a visionary director and an icon of cinema. One of his most enduring obsessions was the 1939 movie, The Wizard of Oz. This documentary goes over the rainbow to explore this recurring theme in his work.
