Not every win needs an audience. Keep showing up, putting in the work, and making progress—even when no one else sees it yet. The results will speak for themselves. 💙

Keep going, Otters. You might be closer than you think. 🌊

💙 Sometimes reaching out is the hardest part—but it doesn’t have to be complicated.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating something difficult, need someone to talk to, or simply want a little extra support, the Personal Growth & Counseling Center (PGCC) is here for CSUMB students. 🫶

And getting started can be as simple as making a phone call.

📱 Watch the Reel to see how easy it is to call PGCC and take that first step toward setting up an appointment.

You don’t need to wait until things feel overwhelming to ask for support. Taking care of your mental health is simply another way of taking care of yourself. 💙

Save this Reel—you or a fellow Otter might need it someday.
