A new era for PIKE is about to begin! Pi Kappa Alpha has purchased a new chapter house on 19th Ave NE at the University of Washington!

The transaction is set to close next month, at which point we will officially become the new owners of the property and begin renovations with the plan to move in next school year. This marks an exciting new milestone for our fraternity and our 111-year legacy on campus.

A special thank you to alumni Brian Mann, Steve Fischer and Dan Miller, and to the partnership of PIKE Headquarters, the PIKE Foundation, and White Horse Capital for helping get the deal done. None of this would have been possible, however, without the extraordinary generosity of Oscar & Lois Sandberg, whose incredible gift and loyalty to PIKE made this dream come true.

Welcome back to ! This week we’re highlighting Zane Bowmer-Vath (PC ‘20 Fall, Gamma Omicron), from Issaquah, WA. A Marketing major here at UW, Zane is currently the Health & Safety Chair for PIKE.

Some of Zane’s passions include playing volleyball, guitar, meditation and yoga, as well as reading.

It’s ! This week’s spotlight is on brother Manchanda (PC ‘21 Fall, Gamma Pi). From Bellevue, WA, Arav currently studies Informatics at UW and also serves on the fundraising and scholarship committees here at PIKE.

In his free time, Arav enjoys playing various sports, like football and basketball, in addition to also watching them, being a huge Seattle Seahawks and Denver Nuggets fan.

Welcome back to for the first edition of the 2022-2023 school year! Today we have brother Friedman (PC ‘20 Fall, Gamma Omicron), hailing from Chicago, IL. Will is a junior studying electrical engineering here at the UW.

Will enjoys sports and currently plays hockey for UW’s club team. During the summer, Will also drives trucks for work as a licensed truck driver.
