There’s a talkback happening!

Please join us tomorrow after the 2:00pm matinee of Everybody for a conversation with the fabulous Chi-wang Yang, our esteemed department chair Scott Magelssen, eco-funeral director and death doula Laura Cassidy from Recompose S**O, and UW palliative care instructor and nurse practitioner Nicole Loving. We will be putting the Medieval past in dialogue with the present as we consider the meaning of Memento Mori.

The panel will be un-ticketed and open to the public! Even if you have already seen the show, you are more than welcome to attend just the panel. We will begin around 3:50/55, or shortly after curtain call.

See you there!

Everybody by Branden Jacobs-Jenkins, directed by Chi-wang Yang. Performances May 21 - 31 at the Floyd and Delores Jones Playhouse. Find ticket information at the link in bio or the UW School of Drama webpage.

In Everybody, five of the roles — in addition to Everybody, include Friendship, Kinship, and Stuff — are newly reassigned at each performance by lottery. Meaning our ensemble of five has memorized the entire script. No performance will be the same, so why come to just one?

Performances May 21 - 31 at the Floyd and Delores Jones Playhouse. Find ticket information at the link in bio or the UW School of Drama webpage.
