We are having such a wonderful A Creative Way retreat right now. If you are watching all the posts and would love to join us, we would love to have you.

We have two upcoming retreats this fall -
In Seattle, Oct 15-18 & in Summerville, SC on Nov 5-8. The times will be full of painting instruction by Sarah Sarah Simon • Watercolor • Artist • Teacher • Author and good food and conversation. Coming together with a group of creatives is encouraging, vulnerable, fun and interesting - we end up laughing a lot and somehow a new community is built within the days. All levels are welcome and we would love to have you!

Join us for the Shift retreat in September with Fearon Perry

We will both be taking part - read about it in her words!

Shift Purposely! When I think about shift, I used to only think about the big stuff: a new job, a breakup, having kids.

But the hardest shifts I’ve made didn’t look like anything at all.

Realizing what used to work for me stopped working. Staying quiet to keep everyone else comfortable meant I wasn’t sharing my light. Choosing to listen instead of reacting. Setting a boundary that went against how I was raised. It scared me.

These were the quiet shifts. And they were the hardest ones.

Here’s what I finally understood: old habits are like a sledding track. Stay in it long enough and it gets easier, faster… and almost impossible to steer out of.

Shifting purposely is choosing to point your sled into fresh snow, and start a new track that’s actually yours.

This is exactly why I built Shift Purposely. Three intentional days to help you find your fresh snow, and start the track that’s actually yours.

September 10–12 in Seattle. Spots are intentionally limited so the room stays small.

Something in you already knows.

Maybe it’s a job. A relationship. A role or a season you have outgrown. You feel it before you can explain it and you don’t just want to react your way through it or land somewhere new on accident.

That’s not falling apart. That’s a shift.

That’s why I build Shift Purposely with StudioLife. Three intentional days in Seattle to step out of the noise of your daily life, meet yourself honestly, and design what’s next. On purpose.

Join us September 10-12. Spots are intentionally limited so the room stays small.
