Hey Guys!
If you find yourself bored and in the mood for some environmental documentaries, Varsity theater is playing A Fierce Green Fire: The Battle for a Living Planet right now. It looks at the history of the environmental movement and has some great interviews and amazing footage.

According to The Stranger, showtimes are Friday-Sunday 12:15, 2:30, 4:45, 7:05, 9:20 and Monday-Tuesday 4:45, 7:05, 9:20

Ok, so it looks like the preferred time for meetings would be Wednesday at 3:30. Would this work for everyone? Is there anybody who absolutely can't make it?

Celebrate Wolf Awareness Week!
Wolf Awareness week became a national event in 1996. Since that time, Governors from 26 states have proclaimed the third week of October as Wolf Awareness Week. We are proud to say that Washington is one of them.

The goals set for Wolf Awareness Week are to create a consciousness of the role that a predator such as the wolf plays in maintaining a healthy planet. The wolf was all but exterminated from most of its historic range by the early 1900’s. Thanks to the Endangered Species Act and conservation groups, reintroduction of the Wolf into parts of the United States has been successful. This is a crucial time in the process to protect wolves as several states are petitioning to remove the wolf from its protected status.

UPDATE FROM KRISTINA: Hello everyone! Good news from me. We have permission from the artist of the gray-scale wolf to use it for t-shirts. I'll continue to work on this. I also got our print code fixed (it wasn't working, so we couldn't print anything!), so in a few minutes, I will be printing up fliers. I believe we agreed on 20, but I'll go count again. Fill me in on what's up with you guys/if you think we need to have a meeting or not!

Ok, so Erin tried for an hour+ yesterday to get some fliers printed, but the guys were being super unhelpful and told her the code didn't work, so we're going to try again Monday when his boss should have gotten back to him.
