We had a terrific urban hike today, walking through three natural areas on the southwest side and a few beautiful residential streets in between. Rogue the Lab was a little camera shy! Audrey P is an expert leader, we plan at least a couple more hikes this season. She showed us the signs for the brand new HI-LO (Hillsdale to Lake Oswego) pedestrian only trail that opened just 2 weeks ago. We walked a short portion of the trail today, beautiful! Saw a beautiful treehouse in the woods behind someone’s home and an interesting sculptural cement bench in someone’s front yard, a seal possibly?

Congrats to all who ran in the Portland Marathon, either the 10k, half, or the whole enchilada! There was a record turnout of 15,000 runners on a beautiful day. We know Xander Black, Stephen Daly , and Ellen Holton participated- who else? Go Blue! 💛💙🏃🏽‍♀️‍➡️🏃🏻‍♂️‍➡️

Tough loss today, we made the best of it, but it wasn’t easy. Gopher alums attended and we shook hands at the end. We also had a group of ÙM School of Kinesiology students on a weekend visit to PDX, visited both Adidas and Nike campuses and joined us for the game watch. A bye week seems to be much needed for the fans and team alike! Join us to clear your mind, on an urban hike next Saturday morning. Register at our future club events page here:
