Currently hiking a volcano! We continue to ask prayers for safety in travel. Grant health and energy for experiencing another level of Guatemalan beauty and culture on our tourist day in Antigua. Allow us to reflect on the week and invite change into our minds and lives from this trip.

Prayers to Continue to provide good health and rest for the team. Let us joyfully serve on this last day of clinic and health fair work. Open our eyes to the ways that the Guatemalan people are ministering to us and the assets that have been given by God to them despite lack of many material resources.

Bless our worship and fellowship as we spend the day with the local congregation at Holy Cross church...may we be an encouragement to the families who minister in Amatitlan daily through the Holy Cross congregation. We thank you for Liz who cares for us with lovingly prepared meals and a comfortable home base for the week. Bless and strengthen Dr Elry who cares for both medical and spiritual needs of the children and families living in this area. Give the team good health and rest as the week continues. Let us grow in faith as we see God's work here and serve each other and the Guatemalan people.

Safe travels back to the village for a second day; Let the team build relationships with the local people and begin opportunities for longer term ministry in this area; for the students to be creative and flexible in their opportunities to teach health and share the love of Jesus through play.

Our first day traveling to a neighboring village went very well. Please pray for the team to be bold as they interact with this new culture and many face the language barrier. Let the love of Jesus speak beyond our limitations. Wisdom and provision of needed supplies for medical clinic providers.

In 24 hours we will be in Guatemala! We know God has so much in store for this trip and we can't wait to hopefully serve His kingdom and grow deeper. Our excitement cannot be contained, and we can only hope to portray every second of that excitement and love to the people.
