Concordia University, Nebraska - Director of Christian Education Program Concordia was one of the first synodical schools to intentionally develop a program for the education of DCEs and is well respected.

A director of Christian education is a synodically certified, called and commissioned lifespan educational leader prepared for team ministry in a congregational setting. We offer many emphases to accompany the DCE degree including: outreach, pre-seminary, parish music, family life, child ministries, youth ministries and adult ministries.
