Out of reverence for those involved in shootings that have occurred today, all Jefferson campuses will close at 12:00. All classes are canceled, and offices are closed for the remainder of the day.

All Jefferson campuses are clear with the exception of the Technical campus which is still on lockdown. No active aggressor on the Technical Campus. We can confirm there was a shooting outside of Tech A. We are following police protocol, the Technical Campus will remain on lockdown.

The Dogwood Festival, which raises money for college, scholarships is hopping with community partners and vendors, great food, and yes, dancing Storm Troopers. Who has dancing Storm Troopers?!? Come out to the Jefferson Community & Technical College booth (in front of the stage), to learn more about Shelby’s new RN Nursing program and our expanded Advanced Manufacturing program!

Today’s the day! Bring your family for some fun in the sun this afternoon and a movie under the stars tonight at the Southwest Campus Community Social! There will be more than 25 businesses and organizations on-hand with giveaways, food trucks, and 99.7 WDJX will be broadcasting live! The fun starts at 4 p.m and Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse starts at 8:30!!

The time is NOW to register for summer and fall semesters!

Enrollment Blitz 2019 is coming to the Downtown, Southwest, Shelby County and Carrollton Campuses on Thursday, April 18. The Bullitt County Campus will hold its Blitz on Tuesday, April 23.

Look for activities, on-site advising and, if you enroll that day or have already enrolled, you’ll get a free shirt while supplies last! Just bring your schedule and I.D.!

Enrolling is easy. Log on to Self-Services through My Path or visit an advisor!
