Shepherd Students,
Parking decals are available through a new system, TickeTrak. This system will allow you to apply for your pass, pay for your pass, or pay for a ticket online with a credit card.
You must sign in using your Shepherd email and password.
1. Returning students may begin applying for a parking pass starting on July 21st.
2. New students may apply starting August 6th.
Please thoroughly read through all communication provided within this system and from the Police Department regarding your decal.
If you are not comfortable applying and paying for your parking pass online, you may drop by the Police Department in Moler Hall.
If paying in person, please bring cash or check. We are unable to process credit cards in the office.
Office hours are 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday (closed 12-1 p.m. for lunch). On Fridays are 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., closed 12-12:30 for lunch.
