Women in Need in Chambersburg will be conducting a training class for domestic violence/sexual assault volunteers this summer. The training will be Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings along with two Saturday sessions from June 14 to July 14. Senior history major Brandon Moist will be talking about his summer 2015 spent abroad in Jordan for the last Diggin' History! Series lecture. He will be discussing traveling throughout the country and his experiences as an American in the Middle East abroad. He will also talk about the culture and religion in Jordan while reflecting on his experiences in country. Further, Brandon will discuss his research on Palestinian Christians in the Israel-Palestine conflict and talk about his travels to Jerusalem. It is his goal that students will have a better understanding of a region that is important to U.S. international relations, and that they will better understand the culture and history of Jordan and the Middle East. Come join Brandon on Thursday April 21 in DHC 151!

NEXT WEEK: Senior history major Brandon Moist will be talking about his summer 2015 spent abroad in Jordan for the last Diggin' History! Series lecture.
