We have six new HVAC graduates, and we could not be prouder!

Congratulations to Taquincey Jordan, Jason Mosley, Dalynte Cole, Tayler Adams, John Smith, and Kaine Hanson. Not only did they finish our HVAC program, but all six also passed the EPA Universal certification exam!

That certification lets them work on every type of equipment, from window units and home systems to large commercial units. They earned their tool bags, their credential, and every bit of this celebration. Help us cheer them on in the comments!

We recently gathered over lunch to celebrate four staff members and their years of service to our students and campus!

Sherry Jackson, our MA Program Coordinator, hit 6 years! Bethany Hansen, Director of Academic Affairs, reached 2 years! Ronald Garner, ET Program Coordinator, and Evan Kiser, Support Coordinator, just wrapped up their very first year!

From guiding program schedules to helping students with day-to-day needs, each of them shapes what a student’s time at Ayers looks like. Thank you for the work you put in every day.

Drop a congrats below and help us show them some love!

Welcome to Ayers, new students! New Daytime classes start today, and we're thrilled to have a fresh group of students in the building!

This is where it all starts. Our instructors are right there with every student from day one, across HVAC, Medical Assistant, Pharmacy Technician, and Electrical Technology. A lot can happen from here.

It's Throwback Thursday, and we're taking a little detour down memory lane!

If you're one of our graduates, drop an old photo from your time at Ayers in the comments.

Whether it's your first day in the lab, graduation day, or wherever it takes you, we'd love to see how far everyone has come!

Becoming a licensed pharmacy technician in Louisiana takes more than finishing a training program.

There's a state registration step, two separate background checks, and a national exam standing between "trained" and "fully certified," each with its own fees and deadlines to track.

We broke down the whole process step-by-step in our new blog post. Check it out below! 👇

Manufacturing doesn't run on machines alone.

Today, on Manufacturing Day, we're giving credit to the electrical technicians who keep the equipment wired and the HVAC techs who keep the climate control systems running.

Skilled tradespeople work behind the scenes at every plant, and we're grateful for every one of them!

Our Medical Assisting students practice on each other before they ever work with a patient. Right now, that means taking blood pressure, recording vital signs, and running through patient intake from start to finish.

Every fumble in this room is a mistake that never happens with a patient in the future.

Ask any of our HVAC graduates and they’ll tell you the same thing: well-trained techs are hard to find but easy to hire.

That kind of demand is a big part of why this program keeps filling up class after class, and it says a lot about where this trade is headed.

Employers hiring Medical Assistants aren't just looking at a diploma anymore. They're looking for a certification.

Our program builds toward that from day one: patient histories, exam prep, injections, and the office work that keeps a practice running, all training students for the certification employers increasingly expect to see on a resume.
