🧪🔬Week 2 in the MLS Program: COMPLETE!🔬🧪

Two weeks into the Fall semester, and our future laboratory professionals have already been hard at work!

✅ Platelet adhesion and aggregation
✅ Antimicrobials and antibiotic susceptibility testing
✅ Gram stains
✅ Carbohydrates and Proteins
✅ Agglutination reactions for blood typing
✅ Washing cells and preparing 2-5% RBC suspensions

Our students are building the knowledge and skills needed to become the next generation of healthcare heroes behind the scenes. ❤️🔬

Who says studying for a Urinalysis exam has to be boring? Our MLS students took review day to the court with a fast-paced basketball challenge designed to get them moving, thinking, and competing 📚🏀

With team names like “Trich Shots” and “P-Squad”, students battled it out by answering UA questions, sinking shots, and showing off their laboratory knowledge. 🧪The result? Active learning, friendly competition, lots of laughter, and exam prep that students won’t forget‼️
