Greenville Technical College is seeking a **Full-Time Welding Instructor** to join our growing Welding Technology program. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced welding professional who is passionate about developing the next generation of skilled tradespeople.
As a Welding Instructor, you will teach and mentor students in both classroom and laboratory settings while helping prepare them for successful careers in the welding industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to student success.
Our Welding Technology program is continuing to grow, and with the opening of the new **Center for Welding & Automation Excellence (CWAE)**, instructors will have the opportunity to teach in one of the nation's most advanced welding education facilities, featuring state-of-the-art welding equipment, robotic welding systems, automation technologies, and modern instructional labs.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Extensive industry experience in welding and fabrication.
* Experience with processes such as GTAW (TIG), GMAW (MIG), SMAW (Stick), and pipe welding.
* Teaching or training experience is preferred but not required.
* Strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and student success.
