It's Hobbit Day! If you don't know what Hobbit Day is, we can tell you. It is Bilbo and Frodo Baggins' birthday.

Do these names mean something? Of course they do. They are characters from Peter Jackson's Hobbit and Lord of the Rings movies. But... J.R.R. Tolkien brought these heroes to life in the books with the same title.

The Skeen Library has copies of these books, DVDs, and today we will drink tea and eat cake.
