Gourmet Dining is a New Jersey based company and has served the Seton Hall Campus Community since 1987. We operate all dining locations on campus, including the dining hall, retail operations, and catering. We are happy to be at Seton Hall and we are always open to working with you to create an excellent dining experience. Here is your Labor Day weekend hours of operations.

Bishop Dougherty Dining Hall will remain open normal business 7am - 11pm.

Starbucks will close on Sunday, September 6th at 12am. Starbucks will reopen Tuesday, September 8th at 7am.

All other retail will be closed Monday, September 7th and resume normal business hours Tuesday, September 8th.
