Our September Open Play Series is here!

Come hang out, get active, and play with us every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30–7:30 PM at the Spartan Rec Center.

Here’s what we’ve got coming up:
🏀 Basketball — Sept. 2 & 15
🏐 Volleyball — Sept. 3 & 17
⚽️ Indoor Soccer — Sept. 8 & 22
🥒 Pickleball — Sept. 10 & 24

***Date Change: Basketball Open Play originally scheduled for Sept. 1 has been moved to Sept. 2 due to men’s basketball tryouts.***

Please join us in giving a HUGE Spartan welcome to Jakhi Brown, our new Assistant Director of Intramurals!

Jakhi is joining the USC Upstate Campus Recreation family, and we’re excited to have his energy, leadership, and passion for creating an amazing experience for our students!

He’ll be helping lead our Intramural Sports program and working to make sure our Spartans have more opportunities to compete, connect, and have fun!

Today, we’re shining the spotlight on one of our OGs and our Student Worker of the Year recipient, Michelle🤍!

Michelle was an incredible student worker, an amazing student, and an even better person. Her dedication, positive energy, and willingness to serve made such a lasting impact on Spartan Rec.

Thank you, Michelle, for everything you poured into the Rec and for helping pave the way for those who come after you! Your legacy will always be a part of what makes Spartan Rec special.
