Dr. Ashley Armstrong, Vice President for Continuing Education and Workforce Development at BHSU, was recently selected as one of just 40 leaders nationwide to participate in the Department of War's Joint Civilian Orientation Conference. The prestigious program gives civilian leaders firsthand insight into military operations and readiness. We're proud to see Ashley representing BHSU, western South Dakota, and our military-connected communities on a national stage.
