Join us in welcoming Gulzhainar Medetova to the Graduate College team! 🎉
Gulzhainar is pursuing her MBA and will be supporting our Academic Programs and Partnerships as a Graduate Assistant.
Fun fact: Singing is Gulzhainar’s stress relief, and she never misses a chance to dance- you might even catch her dancing while she’s eating! 🎶💃😂
She also enjoys learning languages, traveling, experiencing different cultures, and finding great places to eat. 🌎🍴

The Graduate College is hiring a Ph.D. Programs and Training Grants Coordinator. 🐻

This position will play an important role in supporting the development of Missouri State's interdisciplinary doctoral programs. 🎓

Working closely with the Graduate College Dean, academic units, university leadership, and external partners, this role will:
- Coordinate Ph.D. program development and implementation
- Support doctoral policies and administrative processes
- Identify external funding opportunities for graduate education and training

We’re looking for a collaborative professional excited to expand graduate opportunities!

This position is contingent upon funding, with a current limit of 2 years.

Michan earned her master's degree in History and Government and has worked in graduate education as a student services representative for more than 12 years.
