Leadership Development-Missouri State University

Leadership Development-Missouri State University Creating Leaders for Tomorrow's Future Our office provides two semester-long programs; Commerce Bank Emerging Leaders and the Centennial Leaders Scholarship.

As part of the Office of Student Engagement, our department strives to offer opportunities for students to develop their leadership skills and prepare for leadership roles on campus and post graduation. Each program is challenging and interactive to help students walk away with not only valuable skills, but also a new network of fellow student leaders. Beyond our leadership programs our office off

ers advisement and materials for organizations to partake in their own leadership development. Lastly, we help plan and implement the Sample Springfield event held on campus in the Fall.
