Leadership Starts Here 🏁

We were proud to host over 250 students for the FFA Greenhand Conference this week with the goal of providing freshman members the chance to build leadership skills, develop confidence, and connect with fellow FFA members. We hope this conference encouraged students to discover their potential, get involved, and become the next generation of agricultural advocates and leaders.

Today we hosted our Ag Career Fair! Students were able to:

1. Explore career options by learning about different companies and job roles.
2. Network with employers and build professional relationships that may lead to internships or employment opportunities.
3. Discover universities to transfer to.
4. Practice professional communication and improve interviewing skills through conversations with recruiters.
5. Increase confidence by engaging directly with industry professionals.

Thank you to the following companies and universities for supporting our students and helping them discover where they belong, grow their confidence, and become the next generation of leaders in the industry!
