A little love, officially on the way! 🎨💌

As part of a semester tradition, our students created watercolor postcards and chose a special loved one to receive their card! 💛 Dr. Baker added a personal note sharing a little about each student, and they finally made their way into the mail! 📬 So… did your loved one receive theirs yet? 👀

This project gives our students a creative idea they can take into their own classrooms to build positive relationships and meaningful connections with the families they serve. 🧸✨

Today we celebrate one of our largest groups of early childhood education student teachers as they prepare to step into classrooms, communities, and the work of shaping young lives. 💛🍎

They leave with more than lesson plans and portfolios. They leave with relationships, stories, and the understanding that teaching is both heart work and intellectual work.

We are so proud of the future they are building for young children and families. And yes… we’re missing a few graduates in this photo, but they are absolutely part of this celebration, too. 🎓
