St. Bonaventure University Jandoli School of Communication

St. Bonaventure University Jandoli School of Communication The Jandoli School of Communication teaches students how to gather, analyze and communicate information, skills valued by virtually every occupation.

Eight undergraduate majors and three online master’s programs. Founded in 1949. It's no surprise, then, that our graduates work in a variety of professions: journalism, public relations, advertising, broadcasting, corporate communications, sports media, politics and law. Our professors have more than 230 years' experience in these areas and others. We teach these skills within the context of a bro

ad liberal arts background, and, in keeping with our Franciscan tradition, we pride ourselves in weaving ethics into each of our courses. The hallmark of each of our majors is experiential learning:
Strategic Communication students work in an agency setting developing campaigns for clients; Journalism, Broadcast Journalism, Video Production and Sports Media students work in the SBU-TV broadcast studio, the SBU-TV Sports broadcast facility or the Journalist's Workshop covering local news and sports stories. We also offer four graduate programs that are available 100% online: Communication (with concentrations in IMC, PR and Content Marketing), Leadership, Digital Journalism and Sports Journalism.
