💌📫 Letter to my first year self!

Audrey G❤️❤️

Dear First-Year Me,

The next three years are going to challenge, excite, motivate, and push you far outside your comfort zone. Remember to treasure all the moments- even the difficult ones. The people you meet and experiences you have will shape the person you are becoming.

Some words of advice: Always be kind, empathetic, and willing to meet others where they are. There is power in admitting you don’t know something- you are here to learn! Time moves fast, so cherish your experiences with your supervisors, mentors, patients, and friends.

“You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.”
