Vanessa L. Greene is the Founder & CEO of Crown Conversations Foundation and the Keeper of the Vision.

Born from Vanessa’s personal journey with alopecia, Crown Conversations Foundation reflects her belief that a woman’s confidence, identity, and worth were never defined by her hair.

She understands that hair loss can be more than a physical change—it can affect how a woman sees herself, how she believes others see her, and whether she feels ready to step forward confidently.

Through vision, storytelling, relationship-building, speaking, and community leadership, Vanessa created CCF to provide women with meaningful conversations, education, support, and spaces where they can feel seen and celebrated.

Her promise is to lead with integrity, serve with compassion, build with excellence, and honor every crown.

Together, we showed up to uplift, support, and connect our community with essential resources, health education, and family services. When we come together, real impact happens!

Honoring our visionary Soror Conchita Hughes!

As founder of the EmpowerHer Tea Party, Soror Hughes continues to lift up St. Louis youth by fostering leadership, community, and career readiness. Through an incredible partnership with the Dress Up & Suit Up Workforce Initiative and Bespoke Apparel, young male student volunteers received fully custom-tailored suits—complete with their names stitched inside—preparing them for college, internships, and professional success.
