410 West Lacrosse We are an elite girls youth lacrosse club in Saint Louis, Missouri. We offer year round instruction for players of any experience level and age. Louis.

Year round elite girls lacrosse club, recreational, and instructional program. Owner, and program director Melissa Gyllenborg, a former Division 1 player at Syracuse University has 15+ years of NCAA D1, D2, & D3 coaching. Coaches hail from upstate New York, Maryland, Ohio, Missouri, and bring a variety of collegiate coaching and playing experience to the club. We have a deep belief in having coach

es, speakers, and trainers who have elite level lacrosse experiences, so they can teach and pass on their knowledge on to the next generation and grow the game in St. We not only want to produce great players, but we also want our program to assist in developing confident, determined, and motivated young women, ready to excel in college, on and off the field.

We have to quickly shout out some of our coaches on their recent trip to the NCAA DIVISION II NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP! 🙌 Melissa Gyllenborg, Director and Black Team Coach, led to their first ever NCAA DII National Championship. She had taken the program from a 4-8 season in 2022 to a 71-12 record so far! On top of that, her assistant, Carly Shisler, and standout players and current coaches, Helen Bae, Gianna Guzek, and Kylie Pettus, helped the team to reach those heights as well. Not to mention the handful of STL locals and alum we had playing in the game: Natalie Tomljenovic, Devyn Dimovitz, Haley Ritchie, and Christina Bae! What an incredible season for Maryville! Now these ladies are back on the field with our very own 410 teams and we are so lucky to have them! 💛❤️
