CREEES, in collaboration with the Center for East Asian Studies, Center for Latin American Studies, and Stanford Global Studies, all of which are designated as National Resource Centers (NRCs) by the U.S. Department of Education and supported by funding under Title VI of the Higher Education Act of 1965, offers a a broader set of community college outreach initiatives, of which the EPIC Fellowship Program is the cornerstone.
