Ogeechee Technical College, a unit of the TCSG, is a higher education public institution that contributes to the economic, educational & community development of it's three-county service area: Bulloch, Evans, and Screven. OTC serves as a catalyst for economic prosperity in the region by providing a student-centered environment to prepare lifelong learners to succeed in
