What happens when a wheelchair doesn't fit properly? Second-year DPT students explored that question on Tuesday with guest lecturers Tara Maki from Marshfield Clinic and Heather McCarthy from Pinnacle Performance Therapy. After learning about wheelchair assessment and fitting, students practiced measuring and determining proper fit with their classmates.
