That’s a wrap on the 1st-ever Cowboy Meat Judging Camp! 🥩🤠

An incredible group of students, with bright futures! We had a great 3 days learning, judging, competing, making friends, and having fun!! We miss them already and can’t wait to see them down the road!

🏆Shout out to Andrew Quisenberry (Shattuck) and Kora McDonald (Porter) for winning our two divisions in the camp contest!
🚙And shoutout to McClain FFA from Ohio, our farthest travelers!

🍔This study seeks to investigate the impact of plant-derived antioxidants in ground beef patties. It should take ~5 minutes to complete the survey. We enjoyed hosting Payne County kiddos and families on campus to explore the beef carcass, cut sheets, and beef palatability! 🥩🍴
