Welcome Matthew Siek, our new director of operations! He brings to Pacific many years of experience in music performance & venue management. 🧡🖤

Before college, Siek performed in a high school band and with the Santa Clara Vanguard Drum and Bugle Corps. He earned a bachelor's degree in creative arts with an emphasis in music from San Jose State University.

Highly acclaimed cellist & pedagogue Brady Anderson joins the conservatory faculty in a visiting capacity for 2026-27. Welcome!

Cellist Brady Anderson joins the faculty at University of the Pacific’s Conservatory of Music in a visiting capacity for 2026-27. Assistant Professor of Practice DoYeon Kim is currently on leave and plans to arrive at Pacific in the 2027-28 academic year.

Soprano Jennifer Youngs '02 (BM, music performance) is an acclaimed vocalist known for her leading opera roles & solo performances. She's a member of the Grammy-nominated ensemble The South Dakota Chorale & serves on faculty at the Brigham Young University School of Music. Brava!

The Conservatory of Music is expanding degree offerings! The new programs include a bachelor’s degree in musical theatre and graduate programs in performance, jazz studies, conducting and voice pedagogy. The first students will enroll in fall 2027. Learn more below:
