VN CARES would like to express our gratitude and thank everyone who attended the VN CARES Summer Health Fair in San Jose. This event would have not been possible without all your help! 💗

VN CARES is excited to share the success of our recent Pacific Outreach Health Fair at the Santa Teresa Branch Library Community Room in San Jose. The event was a great success, with 94 patients attending and benefiting from our free health screenings. We offered cholesterol, diabetes, blood pressure, bone mineral density screenings, and more, as well as health education sessions. Our team, along with the help of preceptors, committees, translators, volunteers, and vendors, ensured that everyone received the necessary support and information. We want to thank everyone who participated, spread the word, and helped make this event possible, specifically the Santa Teresa Branch Library for allowing us to host our health fair. We look forward to our future health fairs and hope to see you there!

Greetings everyone! We're VN CARES, the Vietnamese Cancer Awareness Research & Education Society at University of the Pacific. Our nonprofit student committee is dedicated to promoting health among underserved communities of all ages and ethnicities.

Through our nonprofit efforts, we provide essential health screenings and education, thanks to the support of local vendors, sponsors, and pharmacists. Our three annual health fairs in Northern California offer free screenings and valuable information to the public.
