Join Benerd College’s next Changemakers virtual session, Fixing the Right Problem, on Wednesday, September 23 at 3 p.m.

As leaders, it’s easy to jump into solving what looks like the problem—whether it’s a missed deadline, recurring team conflict or a tough decision. But finding the right solution starts with identifying the right problem.

Presented by Taylor Toledo, M.A., this interactive session will share practical strategies for naming and sorting workplace challenges, then give you a chance to apply them to a challenge of your own. You’ll leave with tools you can use right away—at work and beyond.
