💰 The Gilman Scholarship program provides up to $5,000 in merit-based scholarships to outstanding American undergraduate students with high financial need to pursue credit-bearing academic studies and career-oriented internships abroad.

❓ Wondering what our Huskies are up to this summer? Professor Jillian Wanik is leading a cohort of students in Florence on our Mediterranean Diet and Tuscan Cuisine program.

🇮🇹 While living in Florence, shopping at the local markets, eating in the restaurants, students are totally immersed in the Italian food culture. The students will use their own senses in Italy, to see, smell, and taste the differences in the foods of Italy versus the foods in the United States.

🍝 Nothing is equal to the first-hand experience that the students will have with Italian cuisine.
