💙💛 Today was a Day of Community Service! 💙💛
The Gamma Omega Sigma Alumnae Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. was proud to partner with the Suffolk Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and the Divine 9 and other community organizations in support of a Community Health Fair and Back to School Drive while also supporting two important initiatives in our community.
We supported Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.’s Initiative Women’s Wellness Program by providing feminine hygiene kits to help address period poverty and promote women’s health and wellness.
We also partnered with the National Council of Negro Women in support of a Back-to-School Drive while supporting Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. initiative Operation Big Bookbag ensuring that our youth have the supplies they need for a successful school year.
Service is at the heart of who we are, and we are grateful for every opportunity to uplift, empower, and give back to our community. Together, we can make a difference! 💙💛
