My name is Candace Eldridge and I am a Real Estate Advocate residing in Metro Phoenix, AZ. My experience began in 2012 working with the GSA, the Landlord of the Federal government. I then leveraged my commercial real estate and became a licensed Realtor in GA in 2016 focusing on multifamilies, investor properties, and first time buyers programs. My experience in both Government and residential con
tracts increased her skills in project management, business analytics, and process improvement working projects from cradle to cradle. I graduated from Mercer University with a Masters Business Administration (MBA) and Masters of Divinity (M.div). I began my matriculation at Tennessee State University (which is where I also learned the word matriculation) graduating with my Bachelors of Business Administration in Business Information Systems. I am certified with my Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification and I am also a candidate for my CCIM Certification. My experience includes managing capital projects within commercial and owned buildings, and analyzing commercial inventory for the federal government throughout 7 states. I utilized this advanced real estate knowledge gained to position myself as a dependable client advocate for those seeking real estate investments and personal real estate. I love many things but I especially love spending time with my family and close friends. I take advantage of any opportunity to experience new cultures. I spend my free time traveling, weight training and cycling, writing, creating art, and working with fellow women entrepreneurship. I believe in leveraging real estate to support generational wealth. I also support professional and community organizations through the platform of Social Entrepreneurship. If you made it to this point, you know I like to utilize and leverage pretty much everything. But what I really want you to know is that I don’t meet strangers and I make sure to make friends. Buying and selling any real estate can be an emotional process. I will become your best friend in the process. Contact me today via the link because we are meant to be friends. Why? Because you literally read to the end. Hi friend!👋🏾👋🏾
