The purpose of iSGO is to provide an organized forum through which graduate students of the School of Information Studies (IST) at Syracuse University might promote functions and address issues of concern outside the classroom. Specifically, iSGO strives to foster active participation of its members in official IST functions, including faculty meetings, social events, discussion groups, workshops,

and the sponsorship of guest lecturers. iSGO serves as the official representative of its members and their interests before the administration of IST and the administration of Syracuse University. iSGO Executive Board 2015-16:
