The TNGO Initiative undertook a major independent assessment of Amnesty International's Global Transition Program in 2017. As Amnesty’s new appointee for the Secretary General of the global human rights movement, Kumi Naidoo will succeed his predecessor in August 2018. Kumi Naidoo will be the next Secretary General of Amnesty International
