We love that new server smell! Significant new computing resources are being installed to support cutting-edge research. A new Dell eight-H200 GPU system and multiple NVIDIA Grace Hopper nodes are being integrated with high-speed InfiniBand networking and connected to the NSF FABRIC backbone through Syracuse University’s high-speed Internet2 link.

These systems will expand SPECTRUM’s capabilities for research in AI, accelerated computing, quantum computing, and next-generation computing systems.
