Upstate College of Nursing is hosting an open house this upcoming Wednesday, 10/21/2026, from 1 to 4pm in the New Academic Building in our offices and the nearby classroom 1144.

We will waive application and deposit fees for those who attend and apply at this open house event!

There will be food and drinks and plenty of eager faculty and staff to help you start your journey at Upstate College of Nursing.

Today, we were honored to welcome Distinguished Alumni Mark J. DePaulis, MBA, RT(R), a 1986 graduate of SUNY Upstate’s Medical Imaging Sciences program, back to campus to speak with Medical Imaging and Radiation Sciences students and faculty.

With a distinguished career spanning more than 40 years in radiology, medical imaging, and healthcare innovation, DePaulis currently serves as director of Medical Operations within Americas Medical Affairs at GE HealthCare Pharmaceutical Diagnostics. Throughout his career, he has advanced patient safety, strengthened clinical operations, and helped drive enterprise-wide innovations in diagnostic imaging technology.

Known for his commitment to continuous improvement and LEAN principles, DePaulis has transformed frontline clinical expertise into lasting system-level impact, improving efficiency, collaboration, and quality across complex healthcare environments.
