The Exercise Your Brain Study

The Exercise Your Brain Study This is an AHA and ACSM funded research study on how a single bout of exercise affects blood pressure and the brain in adults 45-64 years.

If you are a middle-aged adult between the ages of 45-64 years who uses medication to control their blood pressure, or has normal blood pressure, we would like to invite you to fill out an online survey to determine your eligibility for the Exercise, Blood pressure, and the brain study. Your participation will involve 3 visits to the Human performance Lab on the Syracuse University campus (Room 30

6, Women's bldg, SU), totaling approximately 4 hours 15 minutes of your time. See our photos for more details! Receive free, detailed information on your cardiovascular and brain health, and up to $45 compensation for completing the study! Interested in participating? Message us or email [email protected]. We will send you the eligibility survey. Once we have received your health survey information we will contact you if you qualify!

We're still looking for participants to get involved in our project! If you are 45-64 years old and take medication to control your blood pressure or have normal blood pressure and want to learn more about your cardiovascular and brain health, message us to learn more about participating!

We've completed 24 participants thus far who have come away from the study with a new understanding about their cardiovascular health status and renewed motivation to lead a healthy lifestyle!

Email [email protected] if you would like more information on participating in this study!
