At last TFS will be able to resume formal meetings with a new location, day and time! First meeting is on Monday, September 26th, 2022 from 2:30 to 4pm and will start the new TFS year.

This is the perfect time of year to plant Hardy Perennial Fuchsias in the garden for blooming year after year. Wide variety available. (No trailing fuchsias.)

Club members available to answer questions and help you find the perfect fuchsia for your garden. The Western Pacific Northwest is an ideal climate for growing most varieties of fuchsias.

Large plants $6.00. Others priced as marked.

Our hearts and prayers go out to long time members, Woody Ferguson and Virginia Ferguson. Woody has had some strokes and most recently a broken hip needing surgery and is struggling to recover.

Thinking of you both during these trying days.

We are saddened to learn of the passing on June 29, 2021 of Lora Stonefeld. Lora was a proud Founding Member of Tahoma Fuchsia Society and was active in all club activities until health curtailed her participation.
Our deepest condolences to the family and many fuchsia friends.
Lora Stonefeld will be greatly missed.

MASTER GARDENER TOMATO SALE

This just came in from the Master Gardener Tomato Sale Group. The cost of the tomatoes is $4.00 each. When the site opens, you can order from 47 varieties, and have them delivered to Tacoma, Gig Harbor or Puyallup to be picked up on Saturday, June 5, from 10 AM to 1 PM.

Online sales to the public will begin May 19 and run through May 28 or until all items have been sold out. Pickup will be Saturday, June 5 between 10 am and 1 pm at your choice of these parking lot locations:

Puyallup -- 308 West Stewart Ave 98371
North Tacoma -- 1315 N. Stevens 98406
Gig Harbor -- 10123 78th Ave NW 98332

There will be no onsite sales and there are no restroom facilities at these locations. Unfortunately, we must insist that all sales are final as we have no way to refund orders at the pickup site.
