We are so honored to welcome members of the Puyallup Tribe to campus Wednesday, Oct. 14 for a screening of the documentary film “Ancestral Waters,” a discussion with Tribal leaders featured in the film, and a book signing by Ramona Bennett, who is featured in the film and wrote the memoir “Fighting for the Puyallup Tribe.” We hope you’ll join us for what promises to be a powerful event, 12 p.m. Oct. 14 in Building 10, Room 110. Free and open to everyone.

The Salon Artists Exhibition coming up in the Tacoma Community College Building 4 Art Gallery features the artists of the monthly Wednesday night art Salon discussion (open to everyone!). We’re also hosting a Tacoma Studio Tour event for artists Margaret Doty, Davis Freeman, and Ryan LaPorte on Oct. 17.

You can borrow a TI-84 graphing calculator or a TI-30 scientific calculator for the quarter for FREE!

Calculator Checkout Locations: the SEMTC (19-22), Gig Harbor Campus, Info Commons (16-120), and the Library (building 7). Don't forget to bring picture ID.😊
