Florida A & M University School of Allied Health Sciences SOAHS Onthemove Allied Health Sciences, one of three health professional schools at FAMU, was established to provide access to quality health education.

The School includes Cardiopulmonary Science, Health Care Management, Health Informatics, Health Science, OT, PT Founded in 1982, the SOAHS is one of three health professional schools at FAMU. The school was established in recognition of the need to provide access to quality education in a group of rapidly growing health professions. The school is divided into six divisions offering both undergradu

ate and graduate degrees. These include Bachelor’s degrees in the areas of Cardiopulmonary Science, Health Care Management, Health Informatics & Information Management, Health Science, Health Science/Pre-Physical Therapy, and Health Science/Pre-Occupational Therapy. There are also 3 graduate programs providing the Masters in both Health Services Administration and Occupational Therapy and the Doctor of Physical Therapy.
