Home Game Parking Reminder, Rattlers!

Before each FAMU home football game, all parking along Althea Gibson Way is yielded to the Athletics Department beginning at 5 p.m. on Friday.

🚗 Please remove all University vehicles, golf carts, and personal vehicles from the Parking Garage, Welcome Center, Hotel, Foster-Tanner, and other parking areas along Althea Gibson Way before 5 p.m.

Please note: Polkinghorne Village parking will close at 4 p.m. on Thursday prior to each home game to accommodate RV parking.

Vehicles that are not removed may be towed at the owner’s expense. Plan ahead and help us prepare for game day!

Heading to a FAMU home football game? Here’s what you need to know about ADA parking and shuttle service.

ADA parking will be available at the Welcome Center, with shuttle service beginning two hours before kickoff and continuing for up to two hours after the game ends.

Shuttle wait times typically range from 15–20 minutes, so be sure to plan accordingly.

🛍️ FAMU Bookstore: 12 p.m. – 7 p.m.
🏟️ Bragg Stadium Kiosk: 5 p.m. – End of 3rd Quarter
📍 Find the kiosk near Westside Concessions.

The Fall 2026 Venom Express Shuttle Service is here to help you get where you need to go on campus.

📅 Weekdays
Monday–Friday | 6:30 a.m.–10:30 p.m.

📅 Weekends & Holidays
Saturday & Sunday | 11 a.m.–8 p.m.

⏰ Shuttles run every 30 minutes.

📍 Track the Venom Express in real time through the FAMU Mobile App, available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

A few important reminders as you settle into the semester:

•Fall meal plans begin August 17.
•All retail dining locations reopen August 19.
•Make sure you have the app downloaded and ready to go! - Use code FIRSTBITE50 to save on your first order when ordering specifically through the app.

Move-In Week is in full swing, Rattlers! 🐍🧡💚

Day 2 was a busy one for Business & Auxiliary Services! Our BAS team spent the day welcoming students and handing out swag bags during Move-In, while also connecting with new Rattlers at the Fall Transfer Resource Fair.

From meeting students and families to sharing more about the BAS services that help keep campus life moving, we’re excited to help our Rattlers feel ready for the start of the Fall 2026 semester.

We were also glad to connect with FAMU President Marva Johnson, campus leadership and the FAMU Police Department along the way!
