Her graduate research, Culinary Gardens for Restaurants, explores how restaurants can grow produce on-site to build stronger connections between consumers, sustainability, and food systems.

Randall has been a part of the USF community for over 20 years—starting as an MBA student and Graduate Student President—and he was actually our very first academic administrator when the sustainability program was founded in 2010!

From overseeing admissions to shaping curriculum and ensuring academic excellence, Randall has spent the last 15 years helping build PCGS into what it is today. Drawing from his military and professional background, he is deeply committed to empowering our diverse student body and training the next generation of global sustainability leaders.
